Rainbow Sprinkles

Well, I miraclously pulled this off. My second piece for the "Power in Numbers 2" show over at Gallery Nucleus next month.

I've been obsessed with the idea of sprinkles lately. I guess it's just an extension of my previous candy monsters. . . only I guess the evil sprinkles turn what ever they decorate into evil little tasty morsels.

Thought it might be fun to show these. . . I forced myself to choose between the icecream cone or the piece of layer cake. . . obviously the icecream one. I personally love the sketch more. I always seem to loose a little life when I try to recreate them. :(

It is impossible to keep the life of any sketch. It's like eating soup with a fork, do your best, and feel awkward about it. You've been doing pretty good with painting delicious creamy treats lately. Damn it! I'm going to have to get something with frosting or ice cream tomorrow!
(I saw "Blades of Glory", tonight.
"Did you google that on your internet machine?" ha ha ha ha!)
