*** Update 05/04/2010**
Ahhh. . . I never thought the day would come where I'd be grateful for having worked on the Millsberry.com website when I was working over at Neopets, but I am! Thankfully when I was working over there I had to do some graphic design type stuff and had I not, this flyer would probably be pretty boring.
What's this flyer for you say? Well a few weeks back I alluded to the fact that I had been working with Mayra over at Monkeyhouse Toys on organizing a group art show. Well this is the show's flyer.
An entire show devoted to desserts. Pies. Cakes. Ice cream. Cookies. Candies. Everything.
Opening Night will be Saturday, May 19th, 2012 from 6-9pm. If you're in the area come check it out. More updates on both my piece for the show and show details in the weeks leading up to opening night!

Yay! Looks awesome, Mary!!! I can't wait!
Just Desserts is an American reality competition show, spun off from Top Chef. It premiered on the cable television network Bravo on September 15, 2010.Top Chef: Just Desserts features pastry chefs competing in a series of culinary challenges, focusing on pastries and desserts. The show is produced by Magical Elves Productions, the same company that created Top Chef and Project Runway, and distributed by Bravo and Tiger Aspect USA. It is hosted by Gail Simmons, with head judge Johnny Iuzzini, head pastry chef at Jean-Georges.Other judges include Hubert Keller, owner of restaurant Fleur de Lys and a Top Chef Masters finalist, and Dannielle Kyrillos, "an entertaining expert and Editor-at-Large of DailyCandy".
And that is interesting information to know about the Just Desserts television series. As I'm not a huge follower of reality television, or competition based shows, when the title of the art and crafts exhibition was chosen, we had no idea that there was a TV show with the same name. The name was chosen for both the connotation of it being an art exhibition devoted to sweets and because of the slightly twisted nature of the phrase "You'll get your just desserts".
Although the shows have the same title in common, and from your description is about dessert, I can assure you that this show will only be a one month exhibition of crafts and paintings based on dessert foods and is in no way affiliated with the Top Chef television spinoff, nor is it meant to be.
I think you got hit by an Indian spam bot....
That actually makes sense. . . now I feel dumb for panicking.
